Qualifications

• Experience in general service maintenance required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work on-call after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance efforts at multiple apartment communities.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform maintenance functions.
• Maintain common areas and perform scheduled maintenance programs.

Skills

Hands-on general service maintenance experience

Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC

Computer literacy

Effective communication skills in English

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Tools

Trade school certification/diploma

EPA Section 608 Type I/II/Universal certification
