Point Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our large multifamily property in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with routine upkeep, repairs, and Make Readies to welcome residents.

The ideal candidate has experience in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC, with a valid driver’s license and a willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Own basic set of hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (Make Readies).
• Assist in custodial, grounds, and general maintenance duties.
