Job summary

King Soopers in Colorado is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our community-focused pharmacy team. You will dispense medications, administer immunizations, and provide expert clinical services while ensuring compliance with all laws and policies.

You will supervise technicians, review prescriptions for accuracy, and engage with customers to support safe, effective care. A PharmD or BPharm and strong communication are required; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Administer immunizations per Kroger standing orders.
• Dispense prescriptions following laws and policies.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Maintain safety and compliance with HIPAA, DEA procedures.
