ServiceNet’s Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) seeks a Senior Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across regions and programs. You will partner with the Vice President and Directors to align people, processes, and resources with our mission and performance goals.

This role leads annual and quarterly priorities, drives service delivery quality, ensures regulatory readiness, and manages budgets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, management/operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Demonstrated multi-site leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, and budget management experience.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with using information systems to extract meaningful information, e.g. dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Directors of Operations with clear priorities, supervision, reviews and action plans.
• Ensure leadership stability by timely filling vacancies and onboarding.
• Promote accountability, high performance and engagement.
• Partner with HR on staffing, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Drive service delivery, quality, safety and timeliness; implement standardized workflows.
• Monitor compliance calendars, audits, licensing and corrective actions.
