Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and elevate performance across multiple sites. You will standardize operations, build high-performing teams, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance and scalable growth across the organization.

You will travel to fill vacancies, develop staff, and execute continuous improvements, partnering with Finance to manage budgets and ensure ROI.

• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership with experience building and coaching high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full operational performance across multiple sites, driving KPIs, service delivery, efficiency, and accountability for results.
• Travel to fill vacancies, develop staff, conduct internal quality audits, and lead industry surveys.
• Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement continuous improvements across functions; drive growth strategies for expansion.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets and costs, aligning decisions with profitability.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and contractual requirements and mitigate risk.
• Support audits, quality assurance, and corrective actions across locations.
• Lead and develop Operations leaders, fostering accountability and growth.
• Deliver reporting on KPIs, financials, and initiatives to the executive team.
