Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking an experienced Manager, Office & Land Management to elevate workplace operations across Indiana and Ohio. You will lead office services, space planning, and vendor management to ensure safe, efficient facilities and an exceptional employee experience.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong operational, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to drive continuous improvement and high service standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of facilities management, workplace operations, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations and workplace services across Indiana and Ohio facilities.
• Ensure office environments are safe, functional, and aligned with company standards.
• Oversee space planning, office moves, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Drive employee and visitor experience through high-quality workplace services.
• Lead and develop office management teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage third-party vendors, service contracts, and performance expectations.
• Oversee utility-owned land assets and leased properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and workplace-related projects.
• Support emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives.
