Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Workplace Manager to support our facilities in McHenry, MS, with remote support for Huntsville, AL and West Lafayette, IN. You will manage vendor relations, space planning, onboarding logistics, and office operations to create an efficient, productive environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-team support, overseeing seating and capacity, and delivering clear workplace communications. The role requires travel up to 25% and US work authorization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions.
• Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Manage all office maintenance and repair requests and vendor relationships.
