AES Corporation is seeking a Manager, Office & Land Management to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across AES Indiana and AES Ohio. You will lead office operations, space planning, and vendor management to support safe, efficient, and reliable business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities or real estate management, proven leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of facilities management, workplace operations, office management, real estate, hospitality, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead office operations and workplace services across Indiana and Ohio facilities.
• Oversee space planning, office moves, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Manage third-party vendors, service contracts, and performance expectations.
• Oversee utility-owned land assets and leased properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Support emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives.
