Job summary

The Food is Medicine Institute at Tufts University is recruiting a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multi-site NIH-funded study. You will coordinate IRB submissions, REDCap development, and financial tracking, while ensuring ethical data collection and adherence to budgets.

You will supervise staff across sites, engage community partners, and report to investigators, with a focus on maternal health and nutrition security.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, nutrition, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience and proven project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, purchases, and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site randomized trial and IRB coordination.
• Lead regulatory activities, data use agreements, and clinical trial registrations.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, reconcile finances, and process invoices.
• Develop study protocols, SOPs, recruitment materials, and surveys.
• Oversee participant recruitment, retention, and data collection.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting, and dissemination of findings.
• Support stakeholder engagement, governance, and staff training.
