The University of North Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III to oversee a rural NIH-funded study across three sites. You will supervise site coordinators and raters, lead outreach and recruitment, and travel to sites as needed.

You will ensure protocol compliance, perform data quality checks, and provide regular updates to the PI and study doctors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and four years related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinators.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Serve as the project manager/coordinator for a rural NIH-funded study across 3 sites, overseeing coordinators and raters, leading outreach and participant recruitment with on-site travel.
• Provide quality checks for data, supervise staff, and input into study operations and protocol issues.
• Collect feedback on performance metrics, ensure protocol compliance, and prepare reports with weekly updates to PI and study doctors.
• Assist with community outreach and recruitment/retention of participants.
• Perform basic medical duties (vitals, ECGs) and participate in monitoring visits and site initiation visits.
• Create and maintain systems for tracking metrics and cohort data.
