Job summary

ProHealth seeks a Medical Staff Manager to supervise staff across clinics and labs, with a strong focus on scheduling, training and compliance. Travel to Pace, Milton, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach and Santa Rosa Beach is required for this role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing a multi-site medical setting, CCMA and Phlebotomy Certification, and an Associate degree. This part-time position runs Monday–Friday 7am–1pm with some weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree is required.
• CCMA and Phlebotomy Certification are required.
• Five years' experience managing multi-site medical settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and coach staff across multiple locations.
• Recruit candidates and participate in interviews.
• Conduct performance reviews and approve PTO requests.
• Manage weekly staff scheduling and coverage for call-outs.
• Ensure training and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate clinic and corporate office liaison activities.
• Oversee PTO decisions and staffing adjustments based on patient volume.
