Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Supervisory or lead experience in healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management to assigned staff.
• Support collaboration between clinic staff and provider teams; promote patient-centered care.
• Manage the clinic's vaccine program: inventory, storage, ordering, documentation, regulatory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees; support staff development.
• Float to sites for supervision coverage and operational support as needed.
• Maintain friendly, courteous patient contacts and address concerns or complaints.
• Coordinate with leadership on quality improvement and efficiency projects.
