29th Street Property Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to maintain multiple properties, perform repairs, and support resident needs across Cincinnati, OH. The role requires travel between sites and hands-on maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, High School education, and a valid driver’s license.

• Reliable and on-time to work.
• Travel will be required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple properties by performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and staff to complete work orders and apartment unit turns.
• Travel between sites to perform maintenance duties and respond to resident requests.
• Document work orders and keep PM software updated.
