Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to assist at multiple properties with general maintenance and capital tasks. The role supports on-site teams and covers when positions are open or between staff.

Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work to meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards. The candidate will report to the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Regional Maintenance, and must be able to perform daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid EPA/Universal certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure peak performance of all systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Complete projects/tasks in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
• Perform after hours emergency on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds.
• Regularly walk the property to ensure pathways, units, and common areas are clean and safe.
