Job summary
Sunrise Management & Consulting is seeking Maintenance Technicians to service five properties within 20 miles of Clifton Park. You will address work orders, perform plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs, and maintain both interiors and exteriors.
A daily travel stipend is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. Qualified candidates have at least two years of related experience, a valid NY driver’s license, and own transportation.
Qualifications
- Two+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Must have a valid, clean New York State driver’s license.
- Must have own vehicle to travel between job sites.
- Ability to work on-call and overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders by assessing issues and performing repairs.
- Patch, paint, and clean apartment interiors per standards.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
- Complete logs, work orders, and Entrata records accurately.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
