Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sherman Central in Denver, CO. You will perform day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for residents.

The role requires 1–2 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC/EPA, electrical and plumbing certifications preferred; schedule Monday–Friday with on‑call as needed; benefits include competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction, or equivalent.
• Certifications in HVAC/EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry preferred.
• Technical degree or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance repairs (drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliances, HVAC).
• Assist with scheduling, vendor management and property oversight.
• Ensure safety, security and Fire Life safety compliance; maintain records.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies; on-call as needed.
• Inspect grounds and interiors; coordinate with contractors for quality work.
