Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in hotel or residential building environment.
• HVAC, building maintenance certificate.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Multi-site position covering three properties in Grand Rapids, Belmont, and Sparta, MI; on-call responsibilities.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs.
• Paint, carpentry, interior and exterior finishing and repairs.
• Preventative maintenance in guest rooms and building facilities.
• Address work orders and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all duties.
