The Facilities Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician (multi-site) for Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role covers three properties and includes on-call duties.

You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks to ensure hotel facilities operate safely and efficiently. Qualified candidates bring 3+ years as a maintenance technician with HVAC certification and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in hotel or residential building environment.
• 3 years’ experience as maintenance technician.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

• This is a multi-site position covering three properties in Grand Rapids, Belmont, and Sparta, MI; on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Performs electrical, plumbing and generalmaintenance repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Responds to work orders and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company guidelines.
