Qualifications

• Ability to read and write clearly for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via the make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and document work thoroughly.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality standards.
