Job summary

Vivmark Residential currently seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Redmond, WA. You will prepare market-ready apartments, address resident requests, and perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while maintaining common areas and grounds.

On-call duties and adherence to housing laws and company policies are required. Applicants should have basic maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and interior repairs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs various maintenance functions.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and keeps them clean.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
• Participates in training programs and adheres to policies.
