Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties, including The Hixon & Terava Apartments. The role covers preventative, routine, and on-call maintenance across sites, requiring a valid driver''s license for travel between properties.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool, and custodial tasks, ensure property cleanliness, safety, and readiness of units after turnover, and help manage inventory and safety protocols daily.

Qualifications

• Previous property Maintenance Technician experience; 1-year certificate from college or technical school, or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver''s license in good standing; regular travel between properties is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; keep pet stations stocked and cleaned.
