Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to service apartment properties and ensure safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks, coordinate with the supervisor, and uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds work, plus preventative maintenance and on-call support for emergencies. A valid driver’s license, basic math, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment/property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or property manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as per state guidelines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and other systems.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to ensure safety and curb appeal; address issues.
• Support property emergencies (snow, weather events) and respond to incidents promptly.
• Communicate with leadership about maintenance issues and safety compliance.
