Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day upkeep of 6-10 My Salon Suite locations in the Hyattsville area. You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors to keep locations safe, clean, and lease-ready.

You will partner with district managers, field leadership, and property teams, respond to after-hours emergencies, and ensure work orders are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot facility issues and coordinate vendors.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Member Service/SuiteForce tickets from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate with District Managers and field management on daily facility upkeep and readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of building components.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for work outside routine scope.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
