Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance efforts across two or more apartment communities. You will respond to resident service requests, prepare market-ready apartments, and perform scheduled maintenance while upholding our brand of exceptional service.

You will work under the General Service Director or Service Manager, handle on-call emergencies, and help ensure compliance with housing laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepares market-ready apartments.
• Maintains grounds and common areas.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Reports maintenance concerns to Service Manager.
