Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support two or more communities, handling resident requests, make-ready units, and routine upkeep across property grounds.

You will respond promptly to service requests, perform plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, and participate in on-call emergency shifts while upholding the company’s service standards and professional image.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable).
• Comfort with interior repairs and painting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Prepare all market-ready apartments.
• Perform make-ready work and common area maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
