Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Production Planner to develop and monitor daily work assignments across multiple warehouses, ensuring timely receiving, picking, and shipping. You will analyze workflow, manage schedules, and address capacity challenges in collaboration with leadership and logistics partners.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating carrier appointments, and resolving late orders while maintaining optimal fill rates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of related warehouse or logistics planning experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and monitor work assignments across multiple warehouse locations.
• Maintain inbound/outbound schedules and coordinate carrier appointments.
• Manage orders, address shortages, and minimize delays.
• Escalate and resolve issues with internal and external customers.
• Utilize WMS and Office tools for planning and reporting.
