Princeton Property Management seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for Arbor Place and East Park Place Apartments in SE Portland. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of property management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Yardi. You will thrive in a team setting and handle rent, applications, and turnover processes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication experience.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential residents, provide information and show apartments.
• Attend and assist in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the community, particularly in rent, vacancies and leases.
• Answer and follow up on all telephone and on-site traffic according to policy and Fair Housing Laws.
• Complete a Rental Application and forward materials to the screening company.
• Refer prospects to other Princeton properties as needed.
• Assist Community Manager in turnover processes.
• Complete reporting and enter traffic daily; maintain property files.
