Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at a property, working closely with the Community Manager to hit occupancy targets.

The role requires leading the leasing team, executing effective showing, leasing, and move-ins, plus developing retention programs and marketing campaigns. A HS diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree or housing industry experience.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or housing industry experience.
• Ability to perform on-site software tasks; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and set leasing goals.
• Lead the leasing team and ensure successful closings and documentation.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and promotions.
• Assist in annual marketing plan, budget, and campaigns.
• Monitor leasing progress, ensure accurate reporting and market surveys.
• Supervise leasing events, tours, and move-ins; maintain product knowledge.
