Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of senior operational leadership experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 30 or more employees.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience overseeing accounting functions, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Experience with organizational development, HR management, and performance accountability.
• Familiarity with EOS or similar operational management frameworks preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with daily operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple office locations.
• Oversee and support intake, marketing, and accounting departments.
• Develop and implement processes and workflows that improve efficiency, accountability, and overall performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the implementation and adoption of technology, automation, and AI solutions.
• Work directly with ownership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Oversee internal bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and appropriate internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax professionals.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Support department leaders in improving staff performance and accountability.
• Strengthen internal communication, employee engagement, and retention.
• Manage and support both domestic and offshore team members.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support continued growth.
• Oversee office operations and property management across multiple locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, and operational needs.
• Ensure internal systems and infrastructure support organizational growth.
