Viper Staffing Services L.L.C. is seeking a highly strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead the operational functions of a leading personal injury law firm onsite in Los Angeles.

The COO will steer daily business operations, drive efficiency, and align activities with the firm’s strategic objectives. The role demands extensive experience in managing complex processes, building high-performing teams, budgeting, forecasting, and large-scale change initiatives within legal or professional services

Competenze

• 10+ years of executive leadership in law firms or professional services.
• Proven expertise in process improvement, change management and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong business development, strategic planning and client growth experience.
• Excellent verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal industry regulations preferred.
