Eclipse Strategy Group is assisting Parks Zeigler, PLLC, an established and growing law firm, in its search for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its leadership team.

The firm has approximately 37 employees, including 15 attorneys, across three locations in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

We are seeking a strong operational leader who can oversee daily operations, develop and support staff, improve internal processes, and work closely with ownership on strategic initiatives and continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and managing its execution. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple business functions, implementing systems, and driving accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Compensation:

The total compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $200,000, inclusive of bonuses and benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
