Job summary

Roof Above in Charlotte, NC seeks an Information Technology & Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support and systems administration across the organization’s technology environment. You’ll help with endpoint deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, user access, and site technology while collaborating with the Director of Information Technology.

You will gain exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, cybersecurity, networking, automation, and technology project work as you grow in

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to employees across Roof Above locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printing, and application issues.
• Perform onsite technology support at Roof Above facilities as needed.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune and device lifecycle activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
