Job summary

Nature's GraceWellness is seeking a full-time HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting across Illinois and Missouri locations, supporting facilities and retail teams. The role partners with managers, manages postings, and drives a positive candidate experience while contributing to HR operations and onboarding.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with background checks and new hire processes. Travel to hiring events may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruiting best practices.
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions across cultivation, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and corporate departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference checks and other pre-employment screening activities as needed.
• Extend employment offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and monitor hiring trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.
