This role acts as the business liaison for managing union relationships and driving HR initiatives to improve HR and mill metrics.

You will support day-to-day HR functions, coordinate recruitment for hourly roles, guide attendance and performance processes, and partner with front-line supervisors on employee relations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience required.
• Preferred: labor relations experience in a unionized manufacturing facility.
