Smurfit Westrock, a sustainability-focused packaging leader, is seeking a Multisite HR Manager to partner with operations leadership across Fernandina Beach, Bradenton, LakeMary, and Lakeland facilities. The role spans workforce planning, labor relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to drive performance and culture.

The successful candidate will balance day-to-day employee relations with strategic initiatives, support union and non-union sites, and guide HR operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities and geographically dispersed leadership teams.
• Experience supporting union and non-union workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and providing leadership coaching.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Partner with plant leadership and functional leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, labor relations, and talent strategies.
• Utilize workforce and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives across multiple sites.
• Support union and non-union locations by guidance on labor relations, grievance interpretation, investigations, and contract compliance.
• Conduct and oversee employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, attendance management, and employee engagement.
• Identify recurring employee concerns and implement proactive solutions.
