Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Company is seeking a Multisite HR Manager who will partner with operations leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities to drive business performance and engage ~275 employees in both union and non-union environments.

The role blends strategic and hands-on HR leadership, including workforce planning, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across several Florida sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities and geographically dispersed leadership teams.
• Experience supporting union and non-union workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and providing leadership coaching.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Support labor relations and union/non-union employee relations across multiple sites.
• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement.
• Provide governance on compliance, investigations, and HR policy implementation.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and recruitment for leadership roles.
