Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) (preferred)
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Various (required)
• ACLS and PALS – AHA required based on specialty assignment
• 1 year of experience as an Registered Nurse in acute care (required)

Responsibilities

• Float within assigned sites to provide patient care across multiple locations.
• Participates in quality improvement and patient safety activities.
• Plans and coordinates nursing care using best available evidence.
• Documents care and interventions appropriately.
• Incorporates professional practice model into care delivery.
