Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Float Pool to provide patient care across multiple departments and sites within our markets. The role supports staffing, scheduling, and seasonal patterns, while maintaining standards of care under clinical supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing with current state licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS as required. The position emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and evidence-based practice to improve patient

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS (based on specialty assignment) are required.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments/sites as needed within markets.
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental activities.
• Act as a patient safety advocate.
• Plan and coordinate nursing care using evidence-based practice.
• Document care and interventions for each patient.
