Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to service both residential and commercial sites in Arizona. You will respond to work orders, perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and coordinate with the Facilities Management team to keep buildings safe and functional.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Current AZ driver’s license and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Responds to work order requests including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is completed as scheduled.
• Follows safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinates with Facilities Manager and outside vendors for repairs.
