Job summary

MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Tucson, AZ. The technician will handle general maintenance, repairs, safety, and cleanliness of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, appliances, painting, drywall, carpentry, lighting, and more.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, preparing vacant units, and maintaining grounds and common areas. Travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, kneel, bend and work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel to other properties as needed.
• Overtime, weekend, and emergency coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and maintain common areas.
• Inspect property and report safety hazards or deficiencies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑maintained community.
