Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to perform maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial buildings in our Arizona service area. This role supports the Facilities Management team and requires strong organizational and technical skills.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma/GED with 5 years of experience, is bilingual in Spanish, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc.) and coordinate with Facilities Management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and monitor contracted work.
• Follow safety rules and municipal codes, maintain inventory, and procure supplies as needed.
• Interact professionally and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
