Job summary

Teraflex, part of ReadyLift’s automotive portfolio, seeks a hands‑on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security Manager to lead programs across three sites in Utah and California. You will build a strong safety culture, manage OSHA compliance, and coordinate environmental and security initiatives.

The role requires on‑site work, travel between locations, and collaboration with operations, HR, and leadership to reduce risk and maintain safe, compliant workplaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HSE/ES or related roles in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety program requirements.
• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain HSE and security programs across three locations in UT and CA.
• Identify safety risks with site leaders and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety policies and regulations.
• Oversee equipment safety programs, lockout/tagout, guarding, and training.
• Conduct safety walks, inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and return-to-work processes with HR and carriers.
• Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records, OSHA logs, and SDS management.
• Coordinate environmental reporting, waste handling, and spill response.
• Oversee access control, visitor procedures, and security measures.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and accountability.
