Job summary

Flex in Utah is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead environmental health and safety programs across offices and manufacturing sites. You will supervise a team, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, Environment or Health Sciences, with 7+ years of EH&S experience, strong documentation skills, and proven leadership in multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environment or Health Sciences or related EH&S field.
• 7 years of EH&S experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work with others and lead teams.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EH&S programs across offices, sites, and plants.
• Develop budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
• Lead safety trainings and awareness programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Advise on policy changes and manage HR actions to recruit/retain staff.
• Manage workers' comp, OSHA 300 log, and return-to-work.
• Interact with customers and peer managers.
• Present technical information on projects.
• Oversee budget and schedule for EH&S activities.
• Train staff on policy/procedure changes.
