Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to own EHS programs across multiple sites. You will lead OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance, develop safety programs, training, and incident investigations, partnering with engineering and facilities to embed safety in daily operations.

You will drive risk reduction, implement environmental and hazardous materials controls, and support continuous improvement in a lean, fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience building and implementing EHS strategies and programs.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA, fire safety, hazmat, and environmental rules.
• Comfortable as the primary EHS owner in a fast-moving org.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change and embed EHS into operations.
• Experience with high-temp/high-pressure machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Radiant's EHS strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Lead company-wide OSHA/Cal-OSHA compliance and inspections.
• Create and maintain safety programs (IIPP, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical Safety, Hot Work, Contractor Safety).
• Lead safety trainings and define PPE requirements; conduct hazard assessments.
• Own emergency preparedness programs and drills; coordinate with facilities.
• Partner with manufacturing to identify EHS solutions and drive risk reduction.
• Track EHS metrics and lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
