Job summary

Queens Community House is seeking a Multisite Director of Older Adult Centers & Services to oversee six OACs, ensuring programs promote socialization, wellness, lifelong learning, and community engagement.

Under the supervision of the Division Director, Older Adult Center-Based Services, you will supervise Program Directors, manage contracts, and build partnerships with government and private funders to advance aging services across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years in aging services with supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing government contracts and funder reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management systems (Vive, Simple Servings).

Responsibilities

• Oversee six Older Adult Centers to ensure mission, vision, and contract compliance.
• Directly supervise OAC Program Directors and support Center operations.
• Monitor performance, develop action plans, and evaluate impact.
• Develop and maintain Participant Advisory Councils and partnerships.
• Represent OACs in leadership meetings and coordinate cross-program collaboration.
• Liaise with government and private funders and aging advocacy groups.
