Job summary

PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO Program Manager and Risk Analyst by handling project cost, schedule and contract-related controls.

The role requires strong administrative, financial, reporting, and communication skills and will interface with technical discipline leads, cost analysts and contractor teams to ensure cost and schedule visibility across multiple sites. The position involves reviewing change orders, maintaining records, data entry for invoices, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin, project support, construction management or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to support fast-paced projects.
• High level of interpersonal skills and diplomacy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review task orders, change orders and amendments for budget availability and correct cost-coding.
• Extract, organize and maintain project records (minutes, RFIs, submittals, schedules) in auditable format.
• Enter and track invoices, task orders, change orders and other financial transactions.
• Conduct data mining, trend-analysis and reporting to identify cost/schedule risk.
• Assist in compiling documentation for expert analyses in disputes or litigation.
• Prepare clear internal reports for Risk team and Program Office stakeholders.
