Columbia Residential in Atlanta, GA is seeking a results-driven Community Area Manager to lead three multifamily and affordable housing communities. You will build and supervise property management, leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams while safeguarding financial performance and asset quality.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of regulatory programs (LIHTC, Section 8, PBRA), budgeting expertise, and a commitment to compliant operations.

Formación

• Minimum five years of multisite property management experience.
• Experience with staff management and development.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• CPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of PBRA, LIHTC, Section 8, HUD programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead property management, compliance, leasing, maintenance, and resident services teams.
• Achieve financial performance objectives and manage portfolio finances.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Foster professional image and customer service excellence.
• Oversee budgets, operating performance, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with public officials, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Travel as required; on-call for emergencies.
