Job summary

Clinical Associates in Maryland seeks an experienced Medical Office / Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and patient flow across multiple site locations. The role emphasizes professional interaction with patients, practitioners, and staff, while upholding compliance and service standards.

Shift includes Mon–Fri 8:30 am–5:00 pm with travel between site locations as needed. Prior leadership in healthcare administration is highly preferred; a strong, positive office

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of general medical office procedures.
• Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse patient base.
• Flexibility and ability to travel between site locations.
• Able to lift 10–20 lbs and remain mobile throughout the facility.
