Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking a Dual-Site Apartment Service Tech II for Glass House by Windsor and Windsor Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX. The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry skills.

Rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response is required. You will perform repairs in apartments and common areas, use property management software to maintain records and complete work

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in multifamily residential or hotel maintenance.
Experience with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
Ability to use smart devices and property management software; maintain records and complete work orders.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs across apartment homes and common areas.
Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
Diagnose, repair, and implement preventative maintenance measures.
