Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking an Apartment Service Tech II at Windsor at Broadway Station in Denver, CO. The technician will perform maintenance and repairs across apartment homes, common areas, and mechanical rooms, while supporting on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend emergencies.

Strong knowledge of building safety systems and basic trade skills are required. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in multifamily or similar settings, with experience using smart devices and property

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
• Familiar with building safety systems including fire sprinklers and alarms.
• Experience using property management software and smart devices for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities
